Freezing Cold In Here Today

I woke-up about 7:20 this morning and my husband went outside to start the car that way when we are about to leave it's going to be warm. When he came back he said that it's very cold outside, So what I did is layer some of my clothes that way I will stay warm. It's 15 deg. when he went outisde and that sure cold.
